Refund policy

At Divine Fabric and Sewing Nook, we take great care in selecting and preparing our fabrics and sewing kits. Because of the nature of these products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

• Fabrics: Once fabric has been cut to your order, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

• Kits: Due to the curated nature of our sewing kits, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Other Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders and clearance items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at divinesewingnook@aol.com with photos of the issue.

• Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

• Refunds are only offered if an item is defective or we made an error in your order.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
